Abstraksi
This project focuses on designing and implementing a web-based Point ofSales (POS) application for the Sate Ayam Jago Company to streamline its daily transaction management. The company, which operates as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Bandar Lampung, has been managing over 2000 daily transactions manually through Microsoft Excel, leading to inefficiencies anddata inaccuracies. The solution developed is a POS system built using the Waterfall development method, which provides systematic support for handling sales, capital, and operational expenses. The system enables managers and employees to efficiently record, manage, and report financial activities. This studyoutlines the business process design, system implementation using the Laravel framework, and the results of testing the application through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results of the UAT testing that has been carried out show thatall the features in the application are running well. The implementation of this POS system enhances operational efficiency, reduces human errors, and providesthe Sate Ayam Jago Company with improved control over its financial reporting
