ABSTRAKSI: Web service menjadi sebuah metode standar untuk sharing data maupun fungsionalitas antar proses bisnis agar suatu aplikasi dapat berinteraksi dengan aplikasi lain tanpa tengantung dengan bahasa pemrograman maupun sistem operasi. Web service saat ini semakin banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mempermudah akses pada produknya, meningkatkan layanan ke konsumen, dan ke patner bisnis melalui internet.
Pada umumnya, pada satu saat suatu aplikasi hanya melakukan pemanggilan sebuah layanan untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan. Tetapi, suatu proses bisnis bisa saja membutuhkan data sebuah service yang didasarkan pada hasil pemanggilan service lainnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu user dalam mengurangi kompleksitas proses untuk mengambil data dari beberapa web service. Web Service Management System meyediakan suatu method untuk mengambil data dari beberapa web service melalui sebuah query.
Optimasi perlu diterapkan untuk meningkatkan performansi sistem dalam mengeksekusi proses. Asynchronous Process merupakan salah satu teknik yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web service. Model asynchronous memberikan mekanisme penjadwalan dimana untuk mengeksekusi suatu task tidak harus menunggu task lainya selesai dieksekusi. Pada proses asynchronous perlu ditentukan jumlah thread worker maksimal untuk mendapatkan waktu eksekusi yang optimal.

At this time, more web service used on company for accessing their product easily, improving service to the client and to business partner through internet.
Commonly, not only application calling a service to receive data that they needed in once time, but also a business process needs a data from service based on other calling service. Because of that, software is needed to help a user to reduce process complexity for take data from web services. Web service Management System prepare a method to take data from web services through a query.
Optimization is needed to adapt for system performance improvement in process execution. Asynchronous Process is one of technique that used to application development for web service base. Asynchronous model gives schedule mechanism where a task execution mustn’t wait other execution task had done. Asynchronous process is needed to determine maximum sum of thread worker for gain an optimal execution time.
