ABSTRAKSI: Saat ini, jaringan teknologi berkembang dengan pesat tidak hanya dari sisi perangkat, tetapi juga dari sisi aplikasi dan sistem transmisi yang digunakan. Web merupakan salah satu teknologi yang banyak dikembangkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sekarang ini aplikasi tersebut banyak digunakan untuk menunjang pelayanan terhadap suatu penawaran jasa atau pelayanan public.
Darah adalah bagian penting dari tubuh manusia. Saat ini banyak sekali orang yang membutuhkan dan mencari darah. Tapi dikarenakan minimnya persediaan serta keterlambatan untuk mendapatkan darah yang dibutuhkan, maka banyak menyebabkan kematian .
Di dasari hal tersebut maka pada proyek akhir ini dirancang sistem informasi ketersediaan kantung darah yang dapat diakses melalui browser handphone dan juga browser PC. Sistem informasi ini dibuat berbasis database, masyarakat dapat secara online melihat informasi persediaan golongan darah yang ada dirumah sakit atau PMI di seluruh Indonesia. Selain itu disediakan juga informasi tentang event – event donor darah yang di adakan oleh rumah sakit dan PMI .
Sistem dibuat menggunakan hardware laptop , dengan spesifikasi tertentu sedangkan software yang digunakan adalah dreamweaver sebagai web editor, CMS Joomla sebagai template, XAMPP yang menyajikan suatu keperluan software pembuatan website berbasis PHP serta didalamnya terdapat instalasi PHPmyadmin dan MySQL sebagai databasenya .Pada website PC kecepatan akses dan waktu respon terjadi pada jaringan LAN wired. Ketika web diakses oleh 250 user, maka server akan down. Pada website mobile kecepatan akses tercepat terjadi pada pukul 11.00-14.00. Biaya akses maksimum untuk mengakses website mobile sebesar Rp 10. Website mobile kompatibel dengan handphone Java ,Blackberry , dan Symbian.Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, Sistem informasi kantung darah, PHP,ABSTRACT: Technology network expanded rapidly not only at the tool side , but also from the application side and the transmition system that used. Blood is the most important thing of human beings. Nowadays, many people need looking for the blood. Because of the minimum supply and get the blood too late, so many people death.
Based on that situation, in this last project will be made a information system of blood bag availability which can be accessed from handphone browser and PC browser too. This information system made based on database. People can get the information online to see blood type supply in the hospital/PMI in Indonesia. Beside that the information about events of blood donor are prepared on it.
The system was made by using laptop, with certain specification and the software which is used is dreamweaver as editor web, CMS Joomla as template, XAMPP server a website based on PHP software maker and there are PHP Myadmin installation and MySQL as the database. On computer website the acces speed and the fastest time response can be found on the LAN wired network. When web accessed by 250 users, the server will be down. On website mobile, the fastest access speed is from 11am until 2am. The maximum access price using mobile website can be used by using cellular phone which support java, Blackberry OS and Symbian OS.Keyword: Information System, Information System of blood availability, PHP,
