<p>The research examines how work environment and workload affect turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Kota Bandung. Generation Z is entering the labor market, and they have their own preferences, especially the high demand of work-life balance and flexible working conditions. These influences, however, tend to go against the conventional workplace set up, which leads to increased turnover intention. The study is quantitative, and it will use surveys to gather data among the employees of Generation Z in different industries in the city of Bandung. The findings show that the overall perception of the work environment is positive, but there is a lot of room to improve it, especially in terms of safety and comfort at the workplace. Workload, though manageable by the majority of the employees, is directly linked to stress and dissatisfaction which subsequently increases the turnover intention. The research findings are that the work environment and workload are important factors to consider to reduce turnover and enhance employee retention among the Generation Z. Recommendations are also given to organizations that want to improve their work practices to meet the expectations of the generation.</p>
