ABSTRAKSI: -Kata Kunci : -ABSTRACT: Todays we can figure out all information about our telephone&#146;s bill by<br /> accessing the billing information number 109. If we want to access it by using<br /> handphone, we could do it anytime and anywhere, but it might cost an expansive fee<br /> relatively. In this final project the writer will design a billing information and<br /> telephone&#146;s bill paying transaction that can be accessed by SMS in order to get the<br /> prize cheaply. The mechanism is : the inputting SMS will be read, checked its<br /> authority, noted in the database, executed according to its command, and replied or<br /> reported to its user who send their status and the result of the execution that has been<br /> done.<br /> The system consist of both software and hardware. Software&#146;s function is to<br /> run SMS gateway&#146;s function using JAVA, PHP as the web&#146;s interface, and Windows<br /> XP as the operation.system MySQL is realized for database, and SMS Gateway<br /> hardware&#146;s system is realized using PC (Personal Computer), Siemens&#146;s Mobile<br /> Equipment (ME), data cable and SIM card.<br /> Hopefully The design&#146;s result of the information system is able to fulfill<br /> user&#146;s demand of billing information and telephone&#146;s bill paying transaction with<br /> reachable fee and we culd access it anytime and anywhere by using SMS.<br /> Result of got system examination of delay sisem with average value of system<br /> in order is about 202,8 second, that is start user send message till system of data<br /> prosessing and give reciprocation message as confirmation.Keyword: -
