ABSTRACT
The need for Information Technology (IT) in the various aspects of the business makes IT role became very important and can not be dismissed. The college is one of the education organization that are also using IT to support and carry out operational activities.
IM Telkom is one of private university which set out the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in managing sustainability of the organization. But in fact, there are still problems in the fulfillment of the IT resources that impact can be felt directly by the students.
The research used the quantitative method with this type of research is descriptive and causal study. The population in this study was student class of 2010 with a total sample of 92 respondents. Analysis techniques using simple linier regression analysis.
Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the IT resources affect the students satisfaction. It is known that the influence of information technology resources is based on the results coefficient of determination of 55.2%, while the remaining 44.8% are influenced by variables or factors outside the research variables.
The results concluded that the overall condition of the IT resources in the IM Telkom belongs to the category “not good”. The satisfaction of students also still belongs to the category “not good”, meaning of the IT resources that are available do not meet the students satisfaction.
